    • borrowed 800 gulden from secretaris Tinco van Teijens to buy "het nieuw schuithuis (#124) ten westen van het dorp; "had een scheepswerf opgericht aan de Puindijk (no.41), waar zijn schoonzoon Murk Klazes de Jong in 1864 een aannemersbedrijf sticht"
    • had a scheepswerf here, "ten westen van het oude sluisje aan de weg naar Akkrum"
    • lent 300 gulden to Lammert Tomas (to buy a potschip?)
    • verkocht voor 604 gulden aan Harmen Martens Noordbeek
    • hellinggat, still owed 600 gulden to van Teijens
    • as deacon along with Marten Jelles, sold huis to Marten Zijlstra, secretaris van Engwirden, for 370 gulden, but the sale probably did not go through
    • rented from "de Diaconie" aan de oostkant van het dorp, for "een werf"
    • borrowed money from Reinder Reinders Faber
    • now in the name of his son Tomas
    • sold to son Tomas Tomas Boontje (#73a) (huis 73b) for 1552 gulden, still in the family in 1829
    • sold "nog een stuk grond voor 250 gulden, dat ten westen van nummer 124 lagt, aan timmerman-distillateur Freerk Dirks Waringa (huis 100b)"
    • Groen says difficult to follow after 1779, confusion with Tomas Alberts (schoenmaker huis 71)
